Important price information:

Persons aged 14 years and over will have to pay a tourist tax of € 2,40 per person and overnight stay.
This fee is not included in the total price of your stay. It is only payable on departure.

The room prices are quoted per person and day, for the flats per apartment and day and they include VAT, electricity, heating, warm water, bed linen, towels, kitchen towels.

For a short stay of up to 2 days we add an extra charge of 20% to the daily rate.

Charges for additional people:
• for each additional person 20,00 €
• Kids up to 3 years free
• Kids aged 3 to 6 12,00 €
• Kids aged 6 to 12 15,00 €

Final cleaning: 60,00 €

On request you can have fresh bread delivered every morning. E-bike rental possible.

Booking is only valid after receiving our confirmation.
You usually get an answer to your request by e-mail within 24 hours. A deposit is needed for definite booking.

Things do not always turn out as expected, so sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers‘ code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded. 3 month up to 1 month prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee is 70% of the cost of the booking,1 month to 1 week 90%, within the last week 100 %, early departure 100%.

On the day of arrival the apartments will be ready for you after 12.00.
On the day of departure we would ask you to leave the apartment by 9 am.
Should you arrive later or leave earlier than booked the whole price for the apartment will be charged.

Dogs are only admitted on request (only possible in some apartments): 15,00 € surcharge per day and animal.
